A thought partner for organizations that care about people and place

For executive directors, board chairs, and senior leaders at nonprofits, cultural organizations, community foundations, and place-based initiatives. You bring the mission. I help connect the people, the partnerships, and the plan.

Questions

Before we talk

Where do you work?

I'm based in Coatesville and work throughout Chester County and Greater Philadelphia, and with organizations beyond the region. Engagements can be on site, remote, or a mix of both.

How long does an engagement last?

It depends on the need. Some engagements are a focused project with a clear end point. Others are a six-month advisory relationship or an ongoing retainer.

How much does it cost?

Scope and fee depend on the need, the timeline, and the level of support. We set both together after a first conversation.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. I work with community-minded businesses on partnerships, and I mentor small and minority-owned businesses on strategy, leadership, and their next stage of growth.

Tell me what you're working on. We'll build the plan together.
